Amarnath is currently serving as an Assistant Professor ( C-1 ) at the Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, Patiala. He joined the civil engineering faculty in 2024. He earned his Master’s degree from MNNIT Allahabad, Prayagraj, in 2024 and holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. He is presently pursuing a Ph.D in Transportation Engineering at the Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology and is engaged in teaching undergraduate students.

Description of Research Interests – Research interests include Modified bitumen, Pavement design and analysis, and Sustainable pavement technology.
