To explore the development of supplementary cementitious materials (SCMs) to enhance sustainability and performance in concrete applications.
To focus on future research by utilizing industrial by-products and natural pozzolans to replace traditional Portland cement, aiming to reduce carbon emissions and improve the durability of cementitious composites. Additionally,
To investigate the synergistic effects of multiple SCMs to optimize the mechanical and chemical properties of these materials for innovative construction solutions.
Enthusiastic about organizing and hosting technical seminars. Recently, he served as the Event Coordinator for a seminar on "The Role of Steel in a Sustainable Built Environment." This event was a collaborative effort between the Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology (TIET) and the Institute for Steel Development and Growth (INSDAG), Kolkata. The seminar attracted participation from undergraduate, postgraduate, and Ph.D. students, who found the experience immensely beneficial. He was the Event Coordinator for a recently conducted Technical seminar.
